    What are Shepa Circles?

    Shepa Circles are based on Work the Pond! (Prentice Hall) by Darcy Rezac,  Judy Thomson and Gayle Hallgren. Shepa is the Tibetan term for consciousness or awareness. Shepa Circles gather like-minded people in conversation to learn and share experiences, stories, knowledge and wisdom.  The purpose is to empower and facilitate individual, group, enterprise and community well being. Shepa Circles were developed by The Shepa Learning Company for the Company of Young Professionals of The Vancouver Board of Trade and other corporate clients.
